By purchasing any goods from Terravolt, LLC, (hereafter referred to as “Terravolt”) with or without having consulted with Terravolt staff, users of any and all services and/or consumers of any and all goods provided by Terravolt (hereafter “Client”) and/or purchased from Terravolt, hereby agree without reservation or amendment to be bound by Terravolt's Terms and Conditions (hereafter “Terms”), and acknowledge receipt and understanding of the Purchasing Disclaimer and this Return Policy.

Terravolt's Return Policy:

Client satisfaction is paramount. In the event of any dissatisfaction whatsoever, please make us aware of it as soon as possible. In nearly every case, we will do far more than we are legally required to do to rectify any issue you may have with our products or services.

1) Delivery Inspections

​

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to inspect product at delivery. Terravolt and its suppliers, distributors, and partners, use third party shippers for delivery. In the event of damaged goods, Terravolt and its suppliers will make every reasonable effort to help process a claim against the carrier. However, the success of such a claim is completely reliant upon the documentation of the receiver/consignee (Client or their agents or assigns) at the time of delivery. Please read our Delivery Checklist before receiving your shipment.

2) Convenience Returns

​

A Convenience Return consists of any request for return or refund after goods are purchased due to an error on the part of the purchaser. Once a product ships from the distributor, any refunds on goods for which a Client has changed their mind, or have arrived in good condition, will be considered a Convenience return, and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you have any doubts whatsoever about the products you're ordering, please reach out to us using the 'Free Quotes' option before making payment.

3) Defective Goods

​

Should any products arrive with manufacturer defect, please document that defect in as much detail as possible using photos, video, and written description. Terravolt will facilitate the delivery of a return shipping label for the goods subject to the manufacturers shipping return policy, and pending approval from the manufacturer issue a full refund or replacement.
